Have had issues with appliances since day one

Have had issues with appliances from day one, stove has never worked, dishwasher worked for the first week and has since stopped. Half of the electrical outlets in my unit do not work, or they will work and then stop working. Front door is not properly framed or does not have the correct landing steps. You can see out side at the bottom of the door, causing a draft to come through and you can hear everything outside in my unit. Was told the stove and floors were being replaced and would be brand new upon signing my lease. Since I have been told that the unit i was told i would get was gave away because I did not come to sign my lease on the day it was first offered to me once the unit was ready, But that was never said to me, and I was never told that unit was gave away in this would be a different unit. Garbage disposal has also never worked. The blinds in all of my windows will litteraly fall apart if you touch them. The little things I'm not worried about, but not having a stove since day one and then soon after no dishwasher is starting to become an issue for me. I have called multiple times and put it maintenance request online and have not recieved one word, call or message back regarding the situation.

Affordable and Quality

Affordable apartments and quality, as well. Noise level is low, usually parking is pretty readily accessible. Tenants usually have their guests park on side of building as to not take a resident's spot. Manager is personable and gets to know you by name.
