Cozy and great place to call Home
I am thankful to call this place home for many reasons. It is mostly quiet and very safe. The staff and maintenance are kind and amazing which makes it easy to approach them with concerns. When someone is experiencing financial hardship, they work with you so that u can maintain your home. I am super Thankful to reside at a Wallick Community.
Glenwood Village survey
I have lived here for almost 3 years. The parking in my apartment area is crowded and parking close to my apartment is difficult. One neighbor doesn't respect her volume of noise, meaning, there are people in/out of her apartment at all hours of the day/night, with loud talking & parties into the early hours. My biggest complaint is the water pressure, or should I say, the lack of water pressure. Showers are nearly impossible and sometimes the toilet will not fill as normal due to lack of water pressure. I love the privacy. I love the vicinity/location as it is close to Findlay's shopping areas. The apartment manager is upbeat, but professional. She shows genuine concern for her residents and offers help when asked. Pat, one maintenance guy )on medical leave) is super on fixing things in the apartments. He has gone past his normal working schedule to ensure things are working properly. The present maintenance guy, John so far has proven good qualities. As far as the amenities, I have had continuous issues with my garbage disposal. But I have not had any serious issues that were left broken or not replaced if needed. Using RentCafe to pay my rent, report maintenance issues, etc is easy and convient. I hope to continue to live at Glenwood Village for as long as I am able to.

Apartment c is very nosey and leaves his children the apartment alone.
Living at Glenwood
My fiancee and I have lived here for going on 4 years. The location is perfect because of closeness to stores, doctors and even a park when we want to go for walks in the autumn. The neighbors are nice and the area is very quiet even with kids outside on summer days. The apt staff are always courteous and quick to send maintenance the following business day when they receive orders. I see us living here for the far future because of how perfect it is.
