The art lofts are AWESOME!

I love living at the ART LOFTS AT THE ARCADE! Such a wonderful downtown living experience! The people in my building were other artist and very talented. At the lofts, we were able to build meaningful relationships and support one another when we had performances. It’s a great place to be!

Cleanliness & Security

Stainless steel elevator entrances can be cleaner as well as the hallways. Also their are many stairwells that people that don’t live in the building frequently hang out in after hours . Lastly having to walk down and let in a visitor gets tiresome.
