A decent place to live and raise children
Now living in a different section of Rosewood where I find after 20 years, recycling is not provided for. Its like if you are not directly across from the office recycling doesn't matter when in fact it does. For the first time. all faucets expel brown water. No explanation has been forthcoming. And rentcafe website continues to block my use because it has illogical charges that have not been logically explained. In the process of moving, I was asked to sign a newer lease, which I did though sick in my hospital bed (still recovering from surgery). Though, I had paid rent for my current dwelling across from the rental office, I did not actually move to current residence until weeks later where I paid a full month's rent. Yet, I am greeted with a substantial unexplained charge. Why? The only reason given is that bookkeepers make a lot of mistakes. In the meantime, I cannot use the website because I refuse to pay bogus, unexplained charges and all the subsequent late fees because i cannot use the web portal since it does not allow you to pay rent unless you pay all past charges.
