COULD be better....

These apartments could be really nice if they kept up routine maintenance and upkeep. The grounds are taken care of however, the actual units need work.

Disappointed with management

I've been having issues with issues with contacting anyone in the office. I've left multiple messages, with the details for the call and my contact information. No one, has ever called me back. I'm disabled, severe arthritis in both knees, pains me to walk. I've been to the office before or after my doctor appointments. There's never anyone there. I know that they have changed their hours. Open after 10a and out 4-5p. But, as I've stated when I leave my messages, I know someone should be checking the voicemail.So, as of 12/17/23, I called emergency maintenance, because my heater went out. Rick, called back within minutes, he said that he's not with Marsh Run Apts., but he can come out. He said, that if he would need parts he wouldn't be able to get them, with it being Sunday and after hours. I told him, that I'll be fine until morning. He told me that he would contact Marsh Run, in the morning and pass along the information. I thanked him.So, Ryan came in the following morning, Monday 18th. He did what he could. He thought it may be the motherboard or a fuse, he said that he was going to get his manager to check. I mentioned to him about the thermostat, if he remembered my son saying that it needed to be changed? He wasn't sure. So, he and his boss came back. He said that it was a fuse and he'll be back. He came back with someone else. He put in the fuse and a new thermostat. Tested it, did work. So, he said that he will let his boss know, and they will be back in the morning. I waited for them until 11:00a on 12/19. I called the office and left a message, with reason for the call and my contact info. I did the same on the 12/20&22. I mentioned that, I'm using my oven to heat this apartment, that I'll be having my grandkids here on Christmas day, and I cannot have the stove on. Tuesday someone came by, he said he came to fix the heater. I told, him that no one had came by, my son had fixed it. He, said that staff was there. And,he had just came back from vacation
