Riley view

There is an issue with me being able to acess to parking near my apt because apparently the manager is only concerned about parking for the D building I am disabled and shouldn't have to walk over a block to get to my door when there's parking in front of my door area but residents of D building are taking all the spaces when they have parking at there own building which the manager will not enforce I have rights and I'm tired of be overlooked I'm not going to continue being harrased and not able to park near my door for convince

Nic place to live nice neighbors quiet for the most par. The parking could be better but there is not si much space. The laundry machines do nreak down aloy.

Management

Managers change frequently. Company makes it very difficult for physically disabled people to live here. Very hard to get a straight answer to inquiries and will get different answers from different people. Maintenance is very hit or miss.
