I couldn't ask for a more convenient location and affordable apartment. The staff has always been helpful and I appreciate the living space.

Great affordable housing

This property is located in a safe and great neighborhood. Many conveniences and amenities. The neighbors are friendly and Property management is always helpful. My only complaint is that there isn't a grocery store within walking distance. As for the actual property, I have zero issues or negative feedback, It has been a pleasure living here and feeling safe in a secure building.

The unit is newly remodeled, and the staff is excellent. I love living on the property and the location/price is something you cannot find anywhere else.

Sink and dishwasher

Please repair these appliances. They have been broken for 6 months. Maintenance comes out and try to repair, but issue is not being corrected. Emergency staff came out on4 occasions and said , the sink needs longer pipes. We need a reliable staff to manage Wedgepoint. I have lived here for 4 years and the building is going down
