I wish the laundry room was open
Poor Upkeep
The quality of service is horrible!!!!! Management never answers the phone. The intercom has been broken for years. There is security and they won't let guest in even though the intercom don't work. Security sleep and watch their cell phone for 8 hours. Security does not do rounds. The super never answers his phone. Simple repairs always turn into major repairs and management don't want to get the repairs done. The porters hasn't properly mopped and waxed the 2nd floors in months. The lobby has not been buffed since renovations. Garbage sits by the incinerator for days before its removed. The basement is never open so you can dispose of large items. The laundry room has been out of service for over 5 years although one of the amenities of the property is working Laundry room. The community room for building 32 is also non-accessible. The new renovations has already began to deteriorate and it has been less than 5 years. A thorough audit and investigation needs reveal what has happened to the funds allocated for the renovations of New West apartments. Also, a quality inspection on all the contractors qualifications and certifications needs to be accessed as well, because the materials and work is substandard. The Upkeep of the property is a ZERO.
