I have lived here since 2018. I love the affordable, new buildings, and location. The rent rises every year and maintenance does not repair things quickly. It is often cold in the winter even with a space heater. I am happy to have free heat and hot water but the heat only comes on at night and it is often cold. Parking can be crowded when people have visitors.

I have lived here since 2014. Most of it has been a blessing I try not to cause you too much trouble guys. Sometimes I lose my temper when I see things that just ain’t right but it’s other people it’s not anything you can do anything about it’s common sense and having mining peoples own business. Otherwise, this is an awesome place to live. It’s got a good crew in here now because they do minor on business they don’t Backstab each other. I love it here hopefully though I move out before I die, just saying.
