Beattie House

Great place to live and the residents are extremely friendly and helpful to everyone.

I have lived at the Beattie House for 11 years. The building itself is fundamentally good, but every year it has been going downhill due to a lack of attention to maintaining the facility An example is the ongoing lack of hot water in the morning. Other problems aren't hidden: a cursory walk around would reveal damaged patio lighting, a failing retaining wall, structurally unsound porch, holes in the hallway walls, deteriorating asphalt paving, etc. Office staff have been uncommunicative and unresponsive to ongoing problems.

Maintenance and upkeep not very good at this time

I have lived at Beattie House for ten years. I enjoy living here . The building and my apartment are very satisfactory. The road noise from the street and I95 come with the location. All my neighbors here are quiet except for one that has his drinking buddies over for a visit on a regular basis. The cleaning and maintenance have gone down hill over the years. I would guess that Ahead allows less than half the hours for cleaning/maintenance than they used to. The only thing lacking for me is a safe place to park my motorcycle, Overall I am happy living in the BH.

I have lived here for 10 years. It is a great facility -good location. Cleaning & maintenance has fallen off during the last few years. Overall, I am quite happy to be living at Beattie House.

I am very glad to live here. Sometimes the noise is unbelievable but I cannot pinpoint where it comes from. Late night music 3-4 nights a week. Televisions. I am hard of hearing and sometimes I'm awakened by a tv. Directly above I think. I think we get music from the radio station and have heard that from one other tenant.
