needs more washers n dryers and washer (mold grows in washer tub) and dryer vents (fire hazard) need to be cleaned monthly!! If I could afford to live somewhere else I would move. Also too many inspections, it is hard for people to allow strangers into their safe space so often, it is a scary experience for some of us. People who bring xtra carts home from the grocery need to be told to take them back, they do not belong in our mail room, there isn't enough room in there!! Why is furniture and grill being left on the porch? Usually all summer furniture is put away for winter.

This place is very affordable, but the monthly and bi-yearly inspections seem to be an intrusion of privacy, the excessive home invasions are NOT needed.
