I have lived here for 6 years and love the central location with library, city hall, medical services, grocery market and other shopping all within one mile of me. Maintenance and Management has always been very responsive to my requests and everyone I've spoken to has been courteous and helpful. The indoor laundry room is accessible and adequate for the number of people who live here. There is an outdoor area with raised gardens which is always occupied during the growing season. It includes a shaded pergola with convertible benches and a gas grill that tenants are free to use during the nice weather. It is kept indoors during the winter months. The common areas are kept clean and there's space for residents to hold private events as well.
