Nice all Around

Avoid if you can't handle noise. The units are arranged so you hear & feel any vibration. Outside noise from trash truck & aircraft to inside arguing from the neighbors. Can't beat the value for income-based rent vs. size & amenities. It'd be nice to have on-demand water heaters since the large conventional ones are your biggest energy suck for the month. Radiant vs. forced air is the best for this kind of climate. Again if you HAVE to have NOISE FREE forget it. Otherwise nice value and nice new Mgmt company (Tamarack) compared with the last 2 that acted like Mgmt was a hobby (something to neglect & tuck away for a rainy day).
