Clean and efficient

I have been living here for 5 yrs.The building is clean,quiet and efficient.The building has a great Community room for it’s resident to use for different types uses such as meetings or parties. The building also has a Computer Room for the residents. This such a nice place to live.

My Home

My time living here for the past 6 years has been great, nice & quiet. They plow the snow in the parking lot in a timely fashion, they take care of the lawn & cleaning of the building very well. I like most about the community is the location & access to the freeway , also so many places to shop! My unit is very spacious with a open floor plan. I love the huge bathroom, I wish it had a tub. Yes I would recommend, because its a beautiful place to live.

Views at city walk

The staff are very polite and positive. The building is always clean. The units are small but nice. I wish there were garages. I also wish there were bath tubs and not just showers.

Family Friendly

My children and I have lived here almost 5 years now. I feel safe living here. The two bedroom is much more spacious than our one bedroom that we moved out of. The neighbors here look out for each other. There is a community room, computer lab, and exercise room. We got a new manager last year and she’s wonderful! There is a diverse population of families. The con to living here is the dreadful parking lot parking. It’s a nightmare to get out of your spot when it snows. The location is very convenient to 94 and also 494. It’s a good value for the money in the 2-bedroom. We have been very happy here!

Great building with great amenities

I enjoy living here at 375 it’s a great building the neighbors are very nice and when there’s a maintenance issue it is taken care of promptly. Also the property mrg is such a great asset to the building and a great help. Thank you
