Have been here since 2014 and love my apartment! Well designed spaces, thoughtful use of storage spaces, original terrazzo tile floors, and because this building was built in 1929, it is quiet. Hardly ever hear noises from above or adjacent apartments. I have plenty of kitchen cabinets, black granite countertops and my own built in washer and dryer! We have community rooms and a work out room, additional storage available, and light rail is a quick 1/2 block walk away. Parking is available for a fee as well as metered on street spaces and we have a 15 minute passenger loading zone for picking up or dropping off deliveries, visitors or cabs, Metro Mobility, or medical transportation. Moving in is made easier by use of the larger of the two elevators and a ramped hallway from the alley door, but plan to bring your own flatbed for anything that won’t fit in one of our grocery carts. You’ll love the beauty of the ornately carved elevator doors, period chandeliers and classic mailboxes complete with larger package boxes for anything shoebox size or so. Buzzer system for your security. Come take a look and find your new home!

Emergency Maintenance (Fridge Replacement) 6-12-21

I thought Jeff did a tremendous job. He was a couple minutes early, he checked to make sure that you had a refrigerator downstairs, and he brought it up and put it in place of the busted refrigerator. He was very quick about it. He even emptied the fridge and transferred all of the food by himself very quickly. I am hoping that this will be the last time that I have got to call on you people for the refrigerator. Jeff said that this was the refrigerator that was down in the launch area of the Minnesota building management office.

Beautiful Bldg, Centrally located, close to light rail

The Minnesota Building offers 16 unique floor plans. Lovely historic charm, modern kitchens, spacious baths, in unit washer, dryer, dishwasher, wood look blinds for privacy, and original Terrazzo Tile floors. With skyway connected ramp parking available (extra fee), and light rail 1/2 a block away, it is very conveniently located. Kellogg Park is just a block’s walk away and all of downtown St Paul is within a short walk or quick bus ride away. Also minutes from West St Paul shops and restaurants where you can find cuisine from multiple cultures. Staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is generally quick to respond.
