Review

We are grateful for affordable housing, over last few years we have seen issues in building and staffing. We hope that Aeon will continue to seek to have staff continuing to be trained in hospitality and community building. We are struggling having no maintenance or limited help. Weeks have gone by without the building being cleaned and there have been concerning heath problems in Sienna Green 2. The staff generally never answers the phone nor knows what is going on or how to help. It is concerning that staff is generally gone from the office, as well as changing up what’s enforced for specific residents and not others. It is not ok to bend the rules because you like someone, it can put the community in danger.
