2. Then find which category you fall into. You must make BELOW the amount listed.
3. Once you know which % AMI category you fall into, you can find the apartment rents listed below for each category. 4. In addition to income restrictions, your household minimum income must be 2.5x's rent amount (gross income).
5. Third-party verification of income will be required.   Immediate move-in date is based on application approval.
Most full application processes can range from 7-10 business days before completion is achieved. If you have chosen an immediate move-in date, timing is subject to the approval process.

Garbage Issues

I think having a larger garbage or two along the fence (east side wall, bordering Benchmark) where the grills are would greatly increase cleanliness and pet pickup. It seems very important there is a garbage next to a food prepping/ cooking area. Hopefully this review is recognized.

Wouldn’t let me pay rent unless I review

I wish the parking lot was way bigger, it’s absurd that I live here and we have to park in the street, my roommate has the garage and is very dangerous set up. When you come around the backside it’s a complete Blindspot she has almost been hit numerous times, the garage should open up the other way. I was told there was a movie theater here but we can’t get into the other apartment building so that’s weird, and people from over there can’t come over and use our game room but our game room is pathetic, The lack of communication with the staff is awful. They’re never around when you need them and they never seem to know what’s going on either. The one mail key rule is also incredibly inconvenient, And the one garage door fob is also inconvenient considering the fact that you can’t leave the fob in your car you have to put it on your keys otherwise there’s no way to get into your garage. There should be codes outside of the garage door

Review

Finding a parking spot can be tricky and sometimes have to park in the street. Sometimes garbage bin is too full and there's no room to put in trash. Location is conveniently by gas stations, grocery stores, and a few eateries.
