The building is worth the price i pay. very nice on the inside, Except the smell that comes when others cook or from other units. Parking is very minimum if you don't have a garage spot or if you have any guests come over and there is no street parking around the building, you can park in the transit lot but be prepared to possibly get towed. Noise is apartment living but many of the residents will complain and harass the wrong residents about it. Staff used to reply and work quickly but that changed when they had a change in staff. Maintenace does a good job at fixing the issue but they have left stuff in my unit before and made a mess and not cleaned it and ruined some of my furniture at 1 point as well. Other than that, it is a good place to live.

I have been here for almost 2 months. Have not had any big problems. The staff here are great to work and communicate with. The place stays clean and the security is good as well. Very family friendly here. Parking spots are underground but some times it is hard to get into my spot with another vehicle parked next to it. outside parking is nice and close. None of my packages ever go missing here they have a package room that locks that we can access too. I think some more storage spaces for the residents would be nice but it is super nice here and worth the rent. The units are large and the rooms fit a large bed as well. No complaints from my family at all.
