Fountain Terrace since I have resided here has went through new site manager which is the reason for the lost of connection between the staff and tenants. For a few months we were without a site manager now that we have one she has to catch up for the months we were without one. The only problem I have is maintenance and change of service number tenants does not have access to when an emergency arise. It is a nice location to live if you are seeking peace and quiet.... the area is clean, quiet close to a church and community center..
