Hope this apartment will be here for a long time

I am starting my 5th year here. I like this apartment very much. I hope some of the issues the building is starting to have, as it is almost 40 years old, will get better. Great location. You need to be able to move your car alot in the winter months for plowing. very pretty in the spring and summer months.

My living experience

Things have really gone down hill. All is blamed on Covid! no help can be hired.. Common Bond has our Manager doing all the work that is normally not hers, so she can not get her own work done that reflex on our living situation. They do not care! We keep getting our rent raised every year. People that live here are nice. When they do not forget there water is running and flood the other apartments! It took months for them to get the apartment completed, for the tennent to move back in. Very sad.

Home Sweet Home for 11 plus months.

Comfortable, clean apartments with great staff! Lots of nice people to get to know. Many activities planned throughout the year to keep residents engaged as much as they please. Lunches available Monday through Friday at a reasonable price. Clean well maintained on-site laundry facilities. Good parking lot with spaces designated for resident's cars. Safe, secure, smoke free building. Glad I moved in!
