OCCUPANCY The initial maximum number of residents in a unit is equal to two persons per bedroom unless otherwise stated in the property's Resident Selection Plan, where applicable.
Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit.
Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy.
UTILITIES Heat, electric, water, sewer, and trash are all included with the monthly rent payment.

i asked get my place repair for many years

it like and old folks home cause way it present it self this place need a lot of work there mold growing in the back door stair way you can't drink the water and there is people with keys to our room who enter it without asking my room need flooring I asked for bare floor because it save you as well but never happen I asked for this how many years ago,,, I live here along time seen alot of things wall paper peeling in the hallways and yet you keep build more places and forget us
