Each unit is limited to no more than two unrelated or four related adult persons per unit. Lloyd Management defines a related adult person as either a child, dependent, or parent of the head of household. General occupancy standards and any federal, state, or local housing ordinances will supersede this policy.
UTILITIES Water, sewer, and trash are included with the monthly rent payment.

A home

I LOVE my place! My neighbors??? noisy, smoke in their place, swearing and screaming at their kids and all night traffic mostly on weekends. Sometimes music is so loud you can hear for the whole block. Doesn't pay to report them. They just make life miserable. Some day maybe I can get a new bathtub :D I think that the maintenance person gets things done. Pleasant person. Also the property management is a good person and pleasant as well.. I enjoy my place very much! Other then the neighbors I am able to plant flowers and upkeep my place. This is a major plus. The laundry on site is very nice to have. Best place I have lived in 16 years. Thank you
