My Rating

I've been living here for 2 years and some months. I haven't had any problems. Maintenance responds quickly with anything that needs to be fixed. Staff is nice. It is noisy sometimes on my floor from someone always Playing their music loud and also the people above me kids always running alot but I don't complain. I mind my business and stay to myself.

A very nice affordable place to live.

I love living here at the crest. The back of the building having an abundance amount of activities. We love loving living next to the library and community.y kids enjoy the parks out back.

Made Wrong Choice

This property is poorly managed and maintained. There's no clear communication from management to tenants. Alot of Lies from management. There's more concern about the hew building getting filled up with tenants whereas concerns for the existing building has gotten neglected. People smoke in front of the building and not where their supposed to per the lease. There's alot that goes on here and I made the wrong decision about becoming a tenant here. Thankful that I have a place to stay but, this is not my forever home and I wouldn't refer ANYONE to any complex managed by Aeon.
