Very scattered property
Keith's changing manager, so it is harder to get the stuff done. That is needing done for the apartment and getting the renewals done that are due
Franklin Pointe…Hope for your Future
The location is perfect! Great detail has been paid to to lighting, plug in outlet and over all floor plan. The only down falls are the kitchen cabinets are far too high. Climbing on a ladder for simple chores…putting dishes away are very hazardous for Seniors. The walls are by far and above too thin!!! Outside parking lot noise, Apartment to Apartment conversations and hall noise is very disturbing. The auto door closures on outside doors is too tight. For Seniors with mobility issues on a walker or cane its next to impossible to get through the doors for much needed fresh air. Management goes above and beyond to help with everything which is very comforting and helps everyone to feel secure. I not only like this place I have raved about it to anyone who will listen. Two of my friends are considering Franklin Pointe. Low Income Housing has a bad reputation in Osceola Co. Franklin Pointe is doing a great job at changing the face of that. I would like to see more of Properties like it to give Seniors a positive option and hope for their future!
