THE NOISE'S NEIGHBOR UP STAIRS.

LOVE EVERYTHING BUT THE NOISE FROM NEIGHBOR'S UP STAIR'S . THIS IS THE SECOND COUPLE THAT MOVED HERE SINCE IV'E BEEN HERE. THEY MAKE ME THANKFUL IV'E BEEN SINGLE ALL MY LIFE SO MANY NOISE'S FIGHT'S *WTF* . SOMEONE NEED'S TO MOVE BEFORE SOMEONE GET'S HURT OR KILLED.

Rent Application contract

My rent was raised by $97 on my new contract. I was never told or notified of the increase and when they called me to come fill out the application I saw that it was $883 per month, then I was called back to sign some papers that were not completed the first time, the rent had changed to $980. This was not right or legal. I'm not sure how to proceed with this, should I get an attorney?

November 2019 Review

Preston Pointe is a good, quiet place to live. There is not much traffic noise from Fort St. or Allen Rd. The grounds are much better maintained than before 2019, and the maintenance has improved. Management keeps you better informed than before, and reacts much quicker than before.
