I love it here.

After living here for a year and a half, it's time for my review. Management (Ms. Christina & Ms. Claudia) are true professionals, and genuinely nice people. They are willing to help you in anyway they can. The lawns are attended to with care, and security is excellent. I've enjoyed my time here, and hope to live here for a long time. I would recommend Patuxent Crossing to anyone. If you are looking for a nice place to live with great management and a friendly atmosphere, this is the place for you.

I really enjoy living here for my first apartment with my family . The only down fall is that is very fair from my job and my husband job also. The rent is not that bad to be my first apartment with my husband and kids . I really enjoy having my own place . The staff that work here is very nice .They are really there for you when you need them or if you have any question they will email right back or call your right back with a answer. The Maintenance people are really nice also too they fix anything when you call them I really like that also > :)

Patuxent Crossing is a nice place to live.

Living here has been a nice experience for me. The staff is nice and friendly, and they really seem to care. They do what is needed to make this a pleasant living atmosphere for everyone. I look forward to living here a long time.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, birds, turtles and fish in small aquariums (20 gallon max) are welcome. A maximum of two dogs, cats or birds in any combination are permitted in each apartment with a maximum weight of 40lbs. full grown. A non refundable pet fee of $300 will be required at move in and a monthly fee of $30.00 per cat or dog. Management must see all pets prior to their move in and has the right to deny any pet that may violate the community rules and regulations or be a danger to the Community. Dog and Cat owners are required to present a copy of a current license and proof of current rabies inoculation at move in and annually. Dog owners must purchase and maintain renter’s insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage. Breed restrictions apply.
