Over all property is a great value for the price. The office staff is really helpful. Maintenance is overall pretty my good. The noise level can be a bit much at times.

Different than it used to be

I have lived here going on 10 years. When I moved here it was clean quiet and peaceful. Now there is a different group of people living here making lotta noise disrespecting others, destruction of property, not only to the commons property, but that also of personal property of the residence. I really hope they can turn this place around like it used to be.

Staff is awesome but the noise can get ridiculous

I’ve live at the property for about three years. The property manager and maintenance staff is awesome. Always willing to go above and beyond. But the noise level in the community is unbearable. Kids unsupervised cursing yelling and running in front of cars. Visitors and residents playing loud music, shouting in the parking lots. It can be a lot to deal with. It has definitely gotten increasingly worse. Hopefully this changes soon
