Residents enjoy cityscape views, oversized windows, exposed brick walls, and 9 to 14 foot ceilings, among other apartment and community amenities that include balconies, private entrances and parking, cable and internet access, a fully-equipped fitness center, and friendly, attentive on-site staff. Printers Square is conveniently located within walking distance to city shopping and dining opportunities, while our location provides students will a short walk to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the Johns Hopkins Medical School campus. Maintenance

Advertised as a secured building but for years there are courtyard gates that don’t lock doors that lead into the that don’t lock either, I have seen and talked to people who don’t live in the building but say they are there to see a tenant who is not with them at that time they come in and walk around the building on there own.

I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

It's like a beautiful car with no engine... There is extreme mold and water leaking problems in the building... and when you complain about it you are met with attitude, animosity and gas lighting... And they make it seem like you have no right to complain. Ms Regina has been there since forever and she is consistently rude and has an attitude with you anytime you make a request and today the owner Mat Riverman made me realize he is no better. When I expressed my issues he was so nasty a nearby neighbor had to check in on me to see if I was okay. There isn't a consistent office manager, or maintenence man... so there is always a strang man entering our apartment when we need something fixed or handled. And they never give us 24 hours notice to enter our unit and recently they changed the locks into our building without letting us know or issuing a key. I use to hope that things would get better but I do not see this happening.

Very unprofessional and frankly, they don’t give a damn

Bad management and staff that do as little as they seem to be able to get away with, with rude and disrespectful attitudes. There’s no use complaining, because those complaints are met with disagreement, deflection, and without concern for meeting the needs or wants of tenants. Tenants and tenant satisfaction and retention seem very unimportant. Unhappy tenants have left and are planning to leave as leases expire. They know this, but nothing changes. Very unprofessional manager and staff can’t even do something as simple as keeping the building clean, or the lightbulbs replaced when they burn out. They just don’t care.
