Have lived here for over 5 years. It is honestly the nicest apartment I have ever had on Cape Cod. My unit had been renovated before the previous tenants had moved in, new flooring and appliences. It is extremely quiet, even with families with children living in adjacent units. The parking isn't great, sometimes its hard to find a spot. It can also take time for maintenance and repairs. But overall this is a great place to be.

Not the best place not much service, laundry rooms are small they tell you they are industrial sized and they are not! Not everyone gets treated the same way I just moved here and realized that quickly.
