Always have loved living here at riverview. Theyre amazing.

We don't have management, or matainence. A resident takes time out of his day to sweep, mop and clean windows. Parking is a headache when the Pavillion across the street has events. Some nights and weekends, we can smell pot coming from the stairwell One of my neighbors and her daughter (who also lives here) smoke in the mother's apartment. Deliveries are a nightmare. I'm sure there's more, I may add to the list later.

I've been overpaying my rent for a year and I was still charged late fees. Ridiculous! Also we don't have a manager so we don't matter.
