Awesome manager and maintenance

Love the apartment. I have been here since November 1, 2017.some of the rules that real America has is ridiculous. Can/t put an American Flag outside, cant put anything outside our doors. This is our home and we should be able to decorate it as we want within reason. Need signs put up in garage so kids stay out of it with bicycles, skateboards, motor scooters. This is how vehicles get damaged. Visitors with children need to control their visitors or grandchildren from throwing balls and playing in the garage around the vehicles. Real American needs to look at their rules and so some revisions.

Harrison St Senior Apartments

We just moved here in November, our apartment is nice, the location is great, we are very happy here. I'm looking forward to Spring so we can go to our community roof deck. Hopefully I'll have a power wheelchair in the near future so I can spend time in our community room and meet other residents. I know we have friendly neighbors several gave us Christmas cards and hadn't even met us, was very nice and welcoming of them. Our manager Christina is friendly and does a great job! The only thing I would want different is to live on a lower level because I am phobic still overall I'm very happy!

Great Management

The first 2 years was great when Saretha was manager. After she left, the manager hired was not so good. The manager we have now is wonderful. She keeps the place as clean as she can with no maintenance personnel. She talks to the residents and treats us like people instead of dirt under her feet. She has a lot of concern when a resident is ill and checks on them periodically. Very Good manager. One thing for sure we need a permanent maintenance person to do work orders and keep the grounds clean.
