I have lived here since 2019 and absolutely live it here. Josh and doug do an amazing job and the rates are excellent for the apartment.

Not that I've had many maintenance issues but when I have they've always been on the ball about it. The landlord has always been helpful and professional. Its conveniently close to many different stores...just a short walking distance...and even a few restaurants. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent.

I love living here it is very nice and cozy and in a great location.I have lived at PineCrossing in Decatur,Indiana for 12 years and sometimes I never want to leave here.The things I dislike is very rude neighbors who think they own the place,The parking situation and people disobeying the rules.

It's a great little place to live. The landlord is nice and helpful and the maintenance man is always on top of things. A good place for small families. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
