It’s okay but nothing at all like it used to be.it used to be the premier complex in Anderson every one used to want to live. No longer the case.

There's no updates to the interior or the exterior since it's opening in 1997-1998 yet the rent is steadily going up. There's apartments that used to be considered low budget/ trashy apartments in Anderson that have now ALL been updated yet Applecreek remains the same. It's just sad that everyone used to dream of living here now it's the least popular place to live. The only things saving it are the location and the pool.

There should be upgrades to the inside or outside of the apartments except to the Market Ones. They ALL need them especially since you keep raising the rent.The noise from neighbors is terrible and I was advised to call the police who told me to take it up with the office. The office said they cant do anything because they believe it would be a fair housing issue but having been theprevious manager at Applecreek for 7 1/2 years I disagree.
