Southbrook Green II

Theres never hot water when i want to take a shower or a bath. It takes forever for maintenance to come and fix anything. My kitchen light hasnt been fixed yet and its almost January and I requested it fixed even before thanksgiving. They dont keep up with the place. The little kids park has a busted slide that rips kid’s clothes. Theres a homeless man that stores his belongs outside my window and they still havent taken care of that either.

The property maintenance isnt good Always and forever! All. It takes forever for an item to get fixed and theres water damage from the apartments above flooding. The kids parks need better maintenance and once of the little kids slides is busted. They need to maintain the property a little better as well. There is a lot of trash around the property. The staff are really friendly. The maintenance man would leave tools and drills and such in my apartment for hours before he would return to finish the job. The landlord is nice and friendly and helpful with finding helpful information about the community and such. The heater is stuck in on mode so i have to shut it off by the valve.

I like my apartment an the staff is great
