Ive had trouble with getting some maintenance done at times. When i first moved in there was miscommunication with the property manager and i felt unheard and blamed for a broken toilet that was already leaking when i moved in. Ive had a few other things needing maintenanced and have had better communication with the handyman though it does sometimes takes time for things to be fixed.

The complex is nice, staff not so much. Hard to get ahold of anyone in the office to get repairs done. Inspections feel like a complete violation of privacy, especially those who pay full market rent. Inspections should only consist of checking major appliances, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, AC unit, and water heater. Not going thru the contents of my home. Rude notes left on inspection reports. Have also overheard other residents and there’s a huge discrepancy over people passing and failing inspections due to resident favoritism by the staff.

Nice apartments, good, quiet location. However the office staff likes to play favorites with other residents. The pet policy needs to made clear or revised and enforced. If only service animals are allowed then there are several residents who have illegal pets that are not service animals.
