Lady below me continues to smoke on her patio on week ends and after hours. Cigarette smoke comes up to my patio preventing me from sitting out on my patio. This is not enforced because they say they don't see her.

My more than 2 yrs living at Lone Mtn II has been one of the best apartment experiences I've had, perfect for seniors and priced accordingly. So many pluses! Quietness of a 'country' setting with convenience of town living. Many medical appts within 10 minutes driving time, and essential retail/grocery/pharmacy services within 1 or 2 miles. Great neighbors, beautiful and clean campus, community activities, transportation, and recreational/walking areas. Most quiet apartments I've lived in!. Elevators make senior living much easier, and apartments are relatively new with modern appliances. Management and maintenance personnel helpful and caring. Five star rating from me!

Person down stairs continue to smoke on her deck on weekends, so I cannot sit out on my patio without inhaling her smoke. Staff does not respond to messages. If it not an emergency, problems do not get resolved immediately. I live on the second floor, they took away our carts to bring groceries up the elevator because some people were fighting over them. Get rid of those people not our carts!!

Feels like it's located in the country, but very close to grocers, doctors, businesses. It's quiet, transportation available, financially appropriate for seniors, clean and well maintained, close to businesses, group activities, elevators!!! What more do you need?
