Our maitance man is good. We need gutters cleaned out. AC units not working right I’m disabled and have COPD I went the whole summer last Year without my ac not working right. Management is left to be dirsired. She looks after the ones she likes. It like if has a maintenance bill, it’s comes out of her pocket. I don’t take a shower every day because I’m afraid I will fall in or out of the tube. I live in one of the handicapped apts.

Its just hard to undeestand why oir rent goes up eveey year and most of us can barley afford it. I am veey thanlful to have a home

It has been a decent place to live since my health has declined. Honestly I surly di miss living in my family home but living here has given us a safe place to stay. Although we went through some very challenging times about a year and a half ago when lightening struck our apartment causing a devistating fire and loss of all of our belongings leaving us essentially homeless while waiting on it to b rebuilt. It was very difficult finding a residency since all required a yr lease., causing us to live n several motels, even parks and with friends! We were happy when we were finally able to move back in
