Living here for 3-4 years: Issues: Appliances when you are late on you rent it seems your request go unnoticed and noone comes. Portal it should be a way that if you are late we should be able to pay partial and for whatever reason I did not know you had to be approved with a credit score for the Rent app that helps you with your rental payment. And the communication between tenant and landlord should be better not always trying to get the tenant to pay more for eviction cost we are already struggling making the rental payments and by the rent going up its more harder and these landlords know this ( Cove of Lady Lake) I don't know who is in the office but it seems different than before emails and phone calls are not being return so things to change.
