OLD FASHION NEW APARTMENTS

We have been living at the senior building for the last 6 months. Love the space, new carpet, new everything. Unfortunately, stove is an old fashion appliance that for us, seniors, is hard to reach, bend and struggle in order to keep it clean. Strange for a new property. The rent does NOT include parking, washer and dryer, garbage disposal or cable and internet. So, if the price of rent seems to be convenient, at the end it ends up 200 dollars more for the "luxury package"! Wich for us, seniors, living on a fixed income is hard to keep. Right now, there is a lot of noise, and building shaking because it's a new construction next door, even do, the shaking have been here before the works started. I hope it is not a sink hole!

Senior Living

2 bed 2 bath apartment is sufficient for 2 people. I do believe that building interior maintenance should be a bit more enhanced. Hallways need to be swept often . Trash recepticles should be placed by elevators or entrances.
