The place is a good place to live. There are some tenants that don't respect the cleanliness of the property. Maintenance will clean outside everyday to keep it nice.

To it may concern: The front of some apartments are without mulch around the porch area. If planting flowers is not acceptable, filling in that space with mulch would be greatly appreciated,not withstanding, look better and add to the curb appeal.
