Mountain View Senior Living LLC is designed to serve the needs of the elderly, 62 years of age or older, in an environment, which promotes the privacy, dignity, and independence of all residents. Mountain View Senior Living LLC is committed to providing equal housing opportunities and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.We have one and two bedroom apartments available for rent starting at $1850 with private patios, full kitchens and an open floor plan.

We also participate in the HOME program and have 11 of our units set aside for low income residents. Please inquire for availability and current rent and income limits. Our cottages come in three different floor plans and start at $2500 per month.
Each cottage has a two car oversized garage, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and patio with small open yard. Our community has a vibrant activities program and offers transportation to shopping weekly.
We do daily coffee time with our residents as well as games, exercise classes and visiting musicshows.
