181 units in a new building two blocks from the Tempo Bus and a block from Fruitvale Bart Station. Units are bright, huge, security door for safety, washer/dryer on every floor, as well as trash/recycling/compost. And the best part is the "affordable housing" is actually affordable, 30% of your income. And how can you argue with taco trucks all around you. The best place I've lived in the bay. There is one drawback. I face the courtyard, and Bebe's kids play on the jungle gym, and some girl insists on screaming her head off while they play for a couple hours. It is really shri, and then echoes all over the courtyard. Kids. What are you going to do?
