Villa Loma is a great way to get affordable housing in beautiful Carlsbad. It takes a while to get approved but it is worth it.

I’ve lived here for seven years. I love the location, but there is lots of plumbing, floods are happening in my building at least 2 to 3 times a year in different spots and my apartment which floods the bottom floor sos. And once my sailing was thinking and I’m on the third floor. Not sure what’s up there. But overall, Dawn is a really great manager and Maintenance are fairly quick on the work orders. The property is clean and is in a safe neighborhood.
