Five years here.
Been here 5 years. The only issues noted have been a few disrespectful tenants who blast car stereos, the occasional tenant that doesn't realize that powerful home theater systems are not made for apartment life, and the mystery marijuana odor that blows up our balcony occasionally.

New management does not get things done when they say they will and gives incorrect information which causes tenants to receive fines and then tells them that it is too bad .
