Apparently they only rent to "low income". I don't know for sure because they would not return my calls or emails. It shouldn't matter what my income is.. I needed a place to live. If I can pay.. then why not rent to me? But they would not communicate with me. So.... I now have to commute, over two hours away, every other week between work and home. Not professional at all.

Since I have lived at this property (3 years now) I have had 3 different property managers. The current Property Manager is very helpful and courteous. There is some work that needs to get done on the property but it is an absolute great place. All of my needs since the new Manager took over, have been addressed and I am satisfied with the work she does.
