You must save an offer (click or tap the heart icon) before you make a purchase. Before submitting your receipt, review the offer details to confirm your purchase qualifies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-submit-my-receipt\">How do I submit my receipt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the offer you saved to \u201cMy offers\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cRedeem now\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On &#8220;Which offers are on your receipt?&#8221;, select the eligible item(s) from your receipt that match your saved offer(s), then select &#8220;Continue&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take a clear photo of your entire receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that the receipt clearly shows:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The eligible product(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item prices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload your receipt. It must be a JPG or PNG file, no larger than 10MB.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your receipt is too long for one photo, you can select &#8220;Add more pages from same receipt&#8221; and add the rest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cSubmit\u201d to begin verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-makes-a-receipt-eligible-for-verification\">What makes a receipt eligible for verification?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For your receipt to be successfully verified, it must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearly show the eligible product(s) purchased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display the purchase date within the offer&#8217;s valid period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the store name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be clear and easy to read.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show the entire receipt from top to bottom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-will-i-know-if-my-receipt-was-approved\">How will I know if my receipt was approved?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Receipt verification typically takes less than 30 seconds. If the process takes longer, it will be sent for further review, which can last from one to three business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-your-receipt-is-approved\">If your receipt is approved<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll receive a confirmation showing the number of points you&#8217;ve earned.
