If your application hasn&#8217;t been approved yet, your identity may not have been confirmed during the process. When this happens, the property manager is notified and may follow up with you directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check your application status by logging into your RentCafe account, or contact the property management office directly for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-reasons-why-your-application-may-be-delayed\"><strong>Other reasons why your application may be delayed:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A co-applicant was invited by email but hasn&#8217;t completed their part of the application yet \u2014 if the invite link isn&#8217;t clickable, they may need to copy and paste it into their browser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your ID is still being reviewed, or the file you uploaded was too large. Try uploading a smaller or compressed image if needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your bank account hasn&#8217;t been verified yet.
