From there, you can also download your receipt for your own records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You&#8217;ll see it under Monthly Charges.<\/strong> Log into your Resident Portal and head to the Monthly Charges tab. There you&#8217;ll find a full breakdown of your charges for each month, including: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly base rent<\/li>\n<li>Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Trash &amp; recycling<\/li>\n<li>Pet<\/li>\n<li>Electricity<\/li>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<li>Overall balance for the month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p>If your payment was processed, it will be reflected in your monthly balance.
