After 5 years, the original building company, Turner Construction, was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nbcbayarea.com\/news\/local\/Turner-Construction-Fired-From-Santa-Clara-Valley-Medical-Center-Project-326842251.html\" target=\"_blank\">locked out<\/a> and fired for delays in late 2015. The county has since hired the Boldt Company to take over the project and aims for completion in late 2016.<\/p>\n<h2>8.
