Sold in 2010 to Equity Residential, it is now a 679 unit rental complex.<\/p>\n<p>The first all-new structure in San Diego to earn LEED Gold, Affirmed Housing Group&#8217;s <strong>Ten Fifty B<\/strong> provides 229 affordable housing units spread across 23 stories and 14,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities include multiple tot lots, barbecue areas, underground parking, a business center, after-school programs, and on site management.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Situated at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.propertyshark.com\/mason\/Property\/77345884\/1262-Kettner-Blvd-San-Diego-CA-92101\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1262 Kettner Boulevard<\/a> the multi-use tower has 13,000 square feet of office space, 2,000 square feet of retail space, and 183 underground parking spaces.
